Purrfect Bounce is developed by Misaligned Games (“we”, “us”).
We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how the game is played and improve it. PostHog collects anonymous product-analytics events (e.g. which features you use), an anonymous device identifier, and an approximate (country-level) location derived from your IP address. We do not collect your name or precise location, and we do not sell your data.
On capable devices we may record anonymized replays of your in-app UI interactions (menus, buttons, on-screen HUD) to diagnose usability issues. On higher-end devices, and never over a cellular connection, a sampled portion of sessions may also include a low-frame-rate recording of the game screen itself. These replays are not tied to your identity and contain no personal information.
If you pre-register on our landing page, we also store the email address you choose to submit, so we can notify you at launch. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
PostHog (analytics and replays, EU infrastructure) and Supabase (pre-registration emails) act as our data processors. We do not share your data with anyone else.
The app requests the INTERNET permission to send anonymous analytics events and to load its own bundled game content.
The Android app includes the AppsFlyer SDK to measure which ad campaigns lead to installs.
For this purpose it collects your device’s advertising ID (GAID) and basic install and
app-open events, and declares the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission.
AppsFlyer processes this attribution data on our behalf, and aggregate campaign results are shared
with our advertising partners (e.g. AppLovin) to measure and optimize campaigns. We do not use it
to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell it. You can reset or delete your
advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
To opt out of analytics or request deletion of any data associated with you — including a pre-registration email you submitted — email hello@misaligned.games and we will action it. We delete the data within 30 days of your request, and retain nothing beyond that window.
